"Coopie Cakes"

Today I made a batch of monogrammed cupcakes for my dear friend Ali to take to a baby shower.  I think this makes the third batch of such cupcakes I have made for her, and they will forever be known to Loulu's Bake Shop as "Coopie Cakes."  I made the first batch for her baby boy Cooper's baby dedication over the summer, and each time I make them I think of what a special day that was.  Love that sweet baby Cooper and I love his momma. I hope THIS little baby, Hayden, and his mommy have a wonderful time celebrating his soon-to-be-arrival today!
